can't find Bashabez info: where to register, start time, etc

howdy. having trouble finding Bashabez info for this sunday. it's still on, isn't it? for example, actual start time ( after the ceremonies, etc.) where to register, etc. thanks
and boy, it's gonna be a weird put in after the portage: waterfront park is about 6 inches deep right now...
