I want to thank everyone that came to participate in this race, your time and support was greatly appreciated by everyone on our search and rescue team here in Aroostook County. This was a learning year for us and it went really well, we were able to test out our commmunications plan as well as see where we need to up our logistics in order to hold such a race as this. We will be adding some new classes for next year, thanks everyone for you wonderful suggestions and recommendations for next years race. I have the 2008 FINAL RACE SCORES on our website I did not know how to attach it to this message. All the score were great, you all had quite a head wind the first day, but you could not tell it my the scores everyone had. Once again thank you everyone and I will be sending out messages through out this year on what is being planned for next years race. If you have any other suggestions or recommendations please feel free to call me or email me anytime. website: rmichaud36.tripod.com Sincerely: Randolph Michaud Chief NS-SAR h. 207-764-3866 c. 207-227-8885 / 8844 email: rmichaud42@roadrunner.com

Looks like it was fast times and good paddling on the Aroostook River. Sorry to have missed it. And hoping to be able to make it for the race next year.
