Just a reminder that the flatwater series starts this Tursday (June 23) 6:30 P.M. with Sundowner race in Skowhegan. An additional racing kayak option will be available for this years race. If there is enough interest the racing kayak class would do the same long course as the proboats. Hopefully this might draw more of the racing type kayaks as in the past they were always included with short course rec boats. Regardless of what type of boat you paddle it's always a fun race for all.
