Are you feeling lonely? Wish you could share your early spring time on the water with other paddlers? Come help form a group where paddlers can learn and train together!!
Details:
Day/Date - Every Wednesday until further notice. Time - 4:00pm Location - Wed 4/2 I will be on Pushaw Stream at the Hirundo boat launch at the Twin Bridges on Rte. 43 (roughly 5 miles west of I-95). Watch here for postings to find out where I'll be paddling each Wednesday. Boats and Equipment - I'll have the Orono High School trailer of boats and paddles for GoActive! paddlers to use. Everyone else should bring their own boats and equipment, same as you would bring if you were paddling on your own. Other Important Information - These training sessions are completely informal. Basically I'll be announcing where I'll be paddling each Wednesday afternoon. If you choose to show and paddle at those times and places then we can paddle together. This is not "an event." Nobody is sponsoring or hosting these sessions, no person or organization will be responsible for your well-being. This is called a "common experience" where you, and only you (or your parents/guardians, if you're a minor), are completely responsible for your own safety and for the condition of your equipment.
