The Aroostook River 30 Mile Canoe & Kayak Race will be on May 14th, 2011. We have changed locations for this years race, the race will begin at the Presque Isle Public Boat Lauch Site, race down the river to Caribou, Maine and portage around the Caribou Dam. Then continue to the boat landing located just past the bridge in Fort Fairfield.

Registration and breakfast will be located at the Hayward-Frazier VFW Post 2599 located in Presque Isle. This is close to the starting point and we believe transportation between the two towns will be more economical for the race teams. Plenty of parking at the VFW Post if you plan to leave your vehicle there.
